ABI Loot Prioritization & Inventory Value Management
Learn how to evaluate loot, maximize profit per inventory slot, and make efficient looting decisions that increase long-term wealth in Arena Breakout: Infinite.
Many players believe making money in Arena Breakout Infinite is simply about finding rare items. In reality, successful players focus on maximizing the value of every inventory slot.
A player carrying a backpack full of low-value items may earn significantly less than a player carrying only a handful of high-value items. Understanding slot value, item priority, and replacement decisions allows players to extract more wealth from every raid.
This guide will teach you how to evaluate loot quickly, identify high-value items, and consistently maximize profit.
The 10K / 20K Rule
For most players, calculating exact values during a raid isn't practical. Instead, use the 10K / 20K Rule to make quick decisions.
Normal Raids
Minimum Target: 10,000 Koen per inventory slot.
If an item is worth less, replace it when better loot becomes available.
Lockdown & Forbidden Zones
Minimum Target: 20,000 Koen per inventory slot.
Higher-risk raids require higher-value loot to offset the entry cost and risk of death.
Example 1: High-Value Item
Item Value: 95,000 Koen | Slots Used: 2
Result: 47,500 Koen Per Slot. This is excellent loot for any raid.
Example 2: Replaceable Item
Item Value: 24,000 Koen | Slots Used: 2
Result: 12,000 Koen Per Slot. Good for Normal Mode, but replace in Lockdown or Forbidden if better loot becomes available.
Understanding Slot Value
Many players focus only on total item value; this is a mistake. Your inventory space is limited; every slot occupied by low-value loot prevents you from carrying something more valuable.
Think of your backpack as real estate. Every single slot must earn its place.
Good Backpack: Optimized slot value yields high profit.
Bad Backpack: Filled with bulk, generating significantly less profit.
Loot Priority System
To loot quickly under pressure, memorize the Loot Priority tiers:
S-Tier Loot (Always Take)
Red Items, Premium Keys, Tier 5+ Ammo, Small Gold Items, Rare Event Items.
A-Tier Loot (Almost Always Worth Taking)
Gold Collectibles, Tier 4 Ammo, Expensive Attachments, Crafting/Trade Items, High-End Medical Supplies.
B-Tier Loot (Solid Filler)
Mid-Tier Attachments, Mid-Tier Ammunition, Crafting Materials.
Example of S-Tier small gold items which provide exceptional slot value.
Attachments: Hidden Wealth
One of the most common mistakes new players make is ignoring weapon attachments. Many attachments are worth more than the weapon itself. Always inspect scopes, suppressors, foregrips, lasers, and stocks before leaving a gun behind.
Weapon Value: 25,000 Koen vs Scope Value: 110,000 Koen. Prioritize the high-end attachments.
Ammunition is Currency
Premium ammunition (especially Tier 5 and Tier 6 rounds like M995 or DVC12) is one of the most profitable loot categories in the game. Never judge ammunition by quantity; judge it by quality. A single stack of premium ammunition can be worth more than an entire modified weapon.
Premium ammo stack value: 360,000 Koen.
Weapon value: 290,000 Koen. The single stack of ammo outperforms the rifle in slot value.
Replacing Loot During a Raid
Do not treat your inventory as a static storage container. Instead, treat it as an active investment portfolio. The goal is to continuously improve the total value of your inventory throughout the raid.
As better loot becomes available, replace lower-value items using the replacement rule: "Is this item worth more per slot than what I'm currently carrying?" If yes, replace it immediately.
Looting During PvP: The Two-Pass Method
Looting dead players is extremely high-risk. To minimize vulnerability, use the Two-Pass Method:
Grab Red Items, Keys, Gold Collectibles, Premium Ammo, and high-end attachments instantly. Do not waste time organizing inventory, comparing low-value items, or inspecting standard weapons.
If your teammates have security and no threats are present, return to inspect weapon attachments, consolidate ammunition stacks, strip accessories, and optimize slot values using the 10K / 20K Rule.
Common New Player Mistakes
- Taking entire weapons without stripping high-value attachments (optics, suppressors).
- Ignoring the exceptional Koen-per-slot value of premium ammunition stacks.
- Becoming attached to early-raid loot instead of continually upgrading your bag.
- Extracting with empty inventory slots, representing missed potential profit.
The Mentor Loot Rule
Whenever you loot an item, ask: What is it worth? How many slots does it use? Is it better than what I'm carrying? If it fails these questions, replace it.
The richest players in Arena Breakout: Infinite are not those who find the best loot, but those who make the best decisions with the loot they find. Every inventory slot is an investment—make each one count.
